BridgePoint Financial Services Inc. was established in 2005 as the successor to Withrow Capital Inc., a specialist and pioneer in the Canadian litigation finance market.

BridgePoint is the Manager and the General Partner of BridgePoint Financial Services Limited Partnership 1 (the "Limited Partnership"), the fund through which all three of BridgePoint's current service programmes are offered (see Plaintiff Lending Services, Law Firm Financing Services, and Litigation Support Financing Services).

BridgePoint is 100% Canadian-owned and operated.

BridgePoint's management team is comprised of individuals with legal and investment banking backgrounds (see Management Team). Over the past decade, our management team has developed innovative, flexible and efficient financing alternatives and solutions for clients in several industry sectors throughout Canada and internationally. We have applied this expertise towards building, through BridgePoint, an innovative financial services provider offering a full range of flexible, specialized financial solutions to all participants in the Canadian litigation and related services market.
